We have two Tai Chi groups. Each group meets for 1 hour. They meet on a Monday afternoon at 2 pm, and at 1 pm on a Thursday, except the second Monday and Thursday of each month. Entry is £1.
The class starts with warm up exercises, balance, short meditation, Qigong and Lee style Tai Chi form.
Tai Chi can help you improve your health by learning to improve your breathing, balance, flexibility and help calm the mind.
No special clothing/equipment needed, just wear loose fitting clothes. Feel free to turn up and have a go.
