The group formerly known as "Keep on Strumming" has a new name.
Perhaps you have a guitar gathering dust? Did you play the guitar in the past? Or have you have always wanted to play the guitar, but have never had the opportunity!
The emphasis is on ‘FUN’
If you can play, great, if you can’t play, not a problem, as you will be able to learn a few chords and within a couple of months could be singing your first tune, which could be anything from The Beatles to Ed Sheeran. Some of the best songs have only three chords!
Aim: To bring together a group of like minded individuals to simply ‘make music’.
Making music is very therapeutic, and will certainly enhance your life, not only by physically playing, but also to enjoy the camaraderie and support of the group on your journey.
Goals: To keep the direction as simple as possible, and not to over complicate matters.
To learn popular songs on the guitar and to sing along with them as a group.
